Horrible Histories: Gory Games (2011)

Gory Games brings a unique twist to the world of quiz shows, blending educational entertainment with macabre fun. Hosted by Dave Lamb, known for Come Dine With Me, alongside the mischievous puppet Rattus Rattus, this spin-off from the popular Horrible Histories series debuted on May 30, 2011. Contestants tackle a variety of gruesome trivia and bizarre historical facts across two aired series, with a third currently in production to align with Series 5 of the original show. Occasionally, Terry Deary, the mind behind the Horrible Histories books, makes an appearance as a whimsical monk.
