Hurricanes (1993)

Hurricanes is an animated show from DIC Entertainment, Siriol Productions, and Scottish Television. Outside the UK, Cookie Jar Entertainment handled distribution, while Scottish Television managed domestic rights. The series originally ran from 1993 to 1997.
