Start a New World (2014)

In the wake of the tragic Darr mine explosion in Pennsylvania during the winter of 1907, Romanian cobbler Petru anxiously awaits the arrival of his cousin Pavel's pregnant wife, Anna, after her long journey across the Atlantic. Though his feelings for Anna run deep, he faces the painful duty of informing her about Pavel’s death.
